Follow these steps to set up your family assessment and session.
✅ Step 1
Send Us Your Family Details
To prepare the right access codes for each family member, please send an email to:
Include the following information:
Number of adults (parents)
Number of adults (18 and over still living at home)
Number of teens (12 to 18)
• • Number of kids (5 to 11)
This helps us determine exactly which access codes and report types your family needs.
✅ Step 2
Watch for Your Access Code (Within 48 Hours)
Once we receive your email with the above details:
You will receive all necessary access codes via email within 48 hours.
Each code is assigned to a specific family member (adult, teen, or child).
📩 If you do NOT receive your codes within 48 hours after sending your family information, , please contact us again at info@musulinaro.com .
IMPORTANT NOTE:
To make sure you receive everything:
Add / whitelist these emails in your contacts:
Check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders in case our email landed there.
✅ Step 3
Each Family Member Completes Their Questionnaire
Once you receive your access code:
Each adult, teen, and child completes their own questionnaire.
Each questionnaire takes about 30 minutes.
Teens can usually complete theirs alone or with minimal supervision
Younger kids (5–11) will need your support to navigate the questions and images.
👉 Important: All family members should complete their questionnaires before scheduling the session.
✅ Step 4
Receive All Reports
After each questionnaire is completed:
Parents receive 30-page reports
Adult children receives 7-page reports
Teens receive 12-page reports
Kids receive 8-page reports
You’ll also later receive:
A Couple InterACTION Guide (for the parents)
A Family Dynamic Charter — a visual map of your family’s communication styles and dynamics
✅ Step 5
Schedule Your Family Assessment Session
Once all reports have been received, book your 90-minute Family Communication Session here:
(Yes, this link is used for couples & family bookings.)
We recommend having both parents present for the session.
Teens and kids are welcome to join if you feel it will help — as long as they won’t distract you too much. It can actually be a fun and eye-opening time for everyone!

Prepare for Your Session
To make the most of your family session:
Add the appointment to your calendar
Join the call 10 minutes early
Test your camera and microphone beforehand
Have all reports easily accessible
Think of 1–2 family situations (recurring conflicts, routines, or communication challenges) you’d like to understand better
